Well, it's kinda like this. Happy Valentines day was not so happy. I ordered 2 dozen red roses to have delivered to my wife at her work on valentines day, that never got delivered. (this was supposed to be a surprise) It was getting to be around 5pm Feb 14th, so I called to check on the flowers. I was told that all deliveries were delivered and done for the day. Inquiring about my order it took a little time for them to figure out that they had no idea where they actually delivered them. So they apologized and offered to refund my money and send some complimentary flowers the following day, which was nice, although my wife would not be at work to receive them. So, as for my reimbursement, the $201.82 was charged to my card initially on the 13th. I was watching to see when the $201.82 would be credited to my card , by the end of the week it had not yet hit. So I call the flower shop and explain the situation, I was told that if I didn't see anything by Feb. 21 call back. Well, I was in Maine for the week and when I returned I checked on Feb 25th and still no refund. So I waited until March 1 and called back. I was told that Brenda handles this, so I called back after noontime and once again explained the situation, she definitely sounded annoyed. So now, she asked for my card info, why would this need to be done if the money was refunded on the Feb 14? Lol anyway, it is now May 2 and I finally got a refund amount on my card, unfortunately not for the whole amount. It might sound petty, but really? Come on! I received $200.00 but the whole amount was supposed to be $201.82. Well Brenda, I guess you need the $1.82 more than me. Thanks for the flowers and Happy Valentines Day.
